Arthur J. Pedroza
Arthur J. Pedroza is the Vice President and Managing Director of Crowe-Innes & Associates' Silicon Valley Technology Practice. Art has enjoyed a fifteen-year career in executive search with Rusher Loscavio and Korn/Ferry International, as well as his own firm. His clients have ranged in size from small privately held companies to those in the Fortune 500, including Raytheon Corporation, Hewlett-Packard Company and Silicon Graphics. Recent searches include the functional areas of general management, strategic marketing, supply chain/operations, and human resources for technology companies.
Art has over twenty years of human resources experience with high profile companies such as Wells Fargo Bank, Levi Strauss & Co., Amdahl Corporation, Solectron, and Palm, Inc. His accountabilities have included significant international experience as the line Human Resources Executive for Operations/Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing Divisions for multinational companies. He has led large and moderate sized human resources teams responsible for transforming organizations, key executive worldwide staffing, and talent management.
Art was with Solectron when the company grew from revenues of $3.7 Billion to over $18 Billion in four years. He joined Solectron as the staffing leader and was promoted into progressively more senior roles which included managing a team of over 100 employees in human resources, environmental health and safety, facilities, and security. His International Human Resources accountabilities included: executive compensation, talent management, and organizational development for the worldwide supply chain management team and the worldwide sales and marketing teams.
Formerly, Art was a Board member for the United States Air Force Academy Parent's Association of Northern California and past President of the Association. He is a prior member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Junior Achievement for Santa Clara Valley.
Art earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Business Administration.
