Step 1...
• Agree on objectives and critical issues
• Develop your ideal candidate profile
• Define compensation package parameters
• Identify and develop a multi-faceted sourcing strategy

Next, we’ll bring added value to your executive search as we identify, interview and assess the candidates. We understand your organizational culture and are committed to finding the right fit between this culture, the position and the candidate. We are also proud of our firm’s reputation for bringing diverse candidates to the table.

Step 2...
• Identify candidates
• Screen and evaluate prospects
• Interview internal candidates, if applicable
• Prepare written candidate summaries

Our commitment to excellence continues as we begin candidate interviews with a focus on quality over quantity. We are selective in the candidates we introduce…they are only the best who can really get the job done.

Step 3...
• Review candidate profiles with clients
• Interview selected candidates
• Select finalists to be interviewed by client
• Conduct pre-hire assessment on final candidates, if applicable

Lastly, we handle your final interviews and candidate selection. But our role doesn’t end here. Once your new executive is selected, we’ll work closely with him or her throughout the onboarding process and well beyond to ensure a smooth transition for the executive and the company.
